HYROX SIM – Race Preparation Sunday, 18 October 2026 Our HYROX Simulation is designed to give you the opportunity to test your fitness, practise race strategy and prepare for race day. With HYROX Johannesburg getting closer, this is your chance to put your training into practice in a race-style environment. The SIM will focus on: Pacing and race strategy Running under fatigue HYROX movement standards Station transitions Finding the right intensity Identifying what you need to work on before race day Whether you're racing Singles or Doubles, use this as an opportunity to practise, learn and build confidence heading into HYROX Johannesburg.
